怎样把窗口画面保存为jpg文件

请教各位高手，怎样把整个窗口画面保存为jpg文件。比如，我在用ug时，只能把UG里的画面导出jpg文件，而不能把整个画面包括工具条等一起转换出来。如下图。谢谢！

谢谢花藤版主的帮助，截图工具已下载，很好用。

键盘上屏幕快照，然后粘贴到，图画板里，在那里面可以修改，然后另存为即可！~
