基于UG的平台,通过参数化的方法这项研究建立了精确的通用渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维设计框架模型。在这一模型中使用了21个基本单齿廓参数,6个模式切换参数,及7个辅助形状控制参数。提供了极其强大的自动生成各种基于渐开线的圆柱齿轮的功能,通过修改参数设计者就可以获得想要的具有各种齿轮形状的齿轮副。支持的形状包括直齿,斜齿,对称齿形,不对称齿形,分阶齿。最高支持到具有4个独立压力角的齿轮副的生成。为了满足装配和有限元分析的需要,本设计框架模型还提供了模式切换功能,来实现对全齿单齿与有限齿齿轮啮合副的定制。显著地提高了对齿形进行有限元分析和优化的效率。; k2 L$ D- I' W; v3 p' S

7 M$ W8 ? j: ^% c4 m+ a+ pAbstract Based on UG, a exact 3D general-purpose design framework model of involute spur gears (GPSM) has been built with the paramatic modeling method with 21 parameters of basic tooth profile , 7 pattern- switching parameters and 11 assistant sharp-controlling parameters , supporting a powerful function of auto- generating of the involute spur gears. With changing the parameters ,the designers can easily get various kinds of gears having different size and tooth profile . The parametic geometric feature include standard spur gear , helical gear, symmetrical tooth ,asymmetric tooth, double involute gear with ladder shape teeth, and Max-supporting quadruplet involute gear with four independent pressure angles with Ladder shape teeth. It can supply the pattern- switching function for realizing the customization of full-teeth gears and partial-teeth gears in order to satisfy the different needs of assembling and finite element analysis .So it will markedly increase the efficiency of finite element analysis and optimization of the tooth profile.
