Qualification:
+ L6 w/ ^8 |& |( F# `: m7 k1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related area. Graduated from well recognized university will be priority.
2. 8-12 years plus related work experience in mechanical engineering, at least 6 years design experience in the R&D environment. 3C consumer electronics product or audio product experience preferred.
7 h. C% n2 f  u: Y  A, Q3. Good understanding to the modeling and drafting principles and disciplines. Good command to a CAD software.
4. Siemens PLM system NX6 and Teamcenter experience will be priority and I-DEAS experience a plus.

6. Familiar with injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming using standard methods.

0 k8 d  @* b, `, M& c5 E* R( `% l1. Be responsible for designing and documenting mechanical, electrical, or acoustical, components, products, or systems of all levels of complexity.
8 T! j9 b0 n& @: `5 Y7 I/ _6 `' ~! j2. Design components or products using established manufacturing processes such as injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming using standard methods.
# K9 |- d/ ?0 Y1 f% B, M2 h2 f3. Conduct and evaluate the appropriate experiments to solve engineering problems of all levels of complexity.
. Z+ A. f( k% N( C6 F) b6 z4. Obtain information from a broad knowledge base, to complete assignments.
5. Work effectively as a dedicated team member of a Sustaining Engineering, Blue Ribbon Product Development, or an Advanced Development team to execute mechanical designs.
6. Lead the efforts in the mechanical development cycle to achieve the deliverables required.
7. Lead the interaction with the Niles counterparts and the cross-functional collaborations within a dedicated project.
8. Participate in the design review process and work with engineering staff to apply lessons learned into new designs.
