使用方法：（本外挂支持ugNX2-NX5所有版本）
1.将文件解压到C:
2.打开UG目录下UGII\menus\custom_dirs.dat,
  用计事本编辑：在最后一行添加C:\UG_CHS,保存,重新启动UG.
重新启动后UG会，产生打开与保存的两个按扭，UG工具条 自定义 里会自动添加ug-chs选项

下面是custom_dirs.dat文件 用计事本打开举例：（注意红色部分）

保存后打开UG后，再打开UG后，把原来UG自带的打开与保存按扭
- a% q3 w6 x4 p2 i  u! @$ u放到自定义的工具栏中，把本外挂的产生的打开与保存按扭保存到工具条中！
每次打开中文件夹是选用本外挂的打开与保存按扭----OK
