Want to lift your level of happiness? Here are some practical suggestions, from research by University of California psychologist Sonja Lyubomirsky. Most of these may seem obvious, but you might feel better knowing they are “scientifically proven”. & Y0 {% V; Q1 l+ i8 R
1、Count Your blessings.
Keep a “gratitude journal” in which you write down three to five things for which you are currently thankful -- from the mundane (like a sunny day or an unexpected compliment) to the magnificent (a child's first steps or a perfect exam score). Do this once a week, for example, on Sunday night. Keep it fresh by varying your entries as much as possible. Try to discover as many new things to be thankful for as you possibly can. Gratitude can become a wonderful habit.

2、Practice acts of kindness.
6 ?+ }. b) z# Q8 J9 {6 c& x7 ~. E' c9 C1 p: |7 l6 t7 i
These should be both random (let that harried mom go ahead of you in the checkout line) and systematic (bring Sunday supper to an elderly neighbor). Being kind to others, whether friends or strangers, triggers a cascade of positive effects-it makes you feel generous and capable, gives you a greater sense of connection with others and wins you smiles, approval and reciprocated kindness-all happiness boosters.
( s/ G: R8 O( E7 C: D7 q' W( Q7 ~% q  ~! `
2、做好事! t; o0 Z1 S) z
  l- y! h4 J' n! z3 O

Focus on the sweetness of a ripe strawberry,  the warmth of the sun when you step out from the shade, a beautiful flowerbed, or green trees after a rainstorm.

8、Develop strategies for coping with stress and hardships
+ b7 o+ x: ~9 M: `3 o1 X0 h2 ]) y! |
There is no avoiding hard times. Religious faith has been shown to help people cope, but so do the secular beliefs enshrined in axioms like “This too shall pass” and “That which doesn’t kill me makes me stronger.” The trick is that you have to believe them.  N# B- |, U9 M1 P7 G$ Y
