模流分析必须提供的资料:

1.        产品3D图档(提供IGS圖檔,如要做详细分析加流道运水,请同时提供2D模图)
3D Part drawing (Provide IGS format drawing, also please provide the 2D mould drawing if you want to make the detailed analysis with runner and cooling circuit)
2.        胶料名称(型号务必写全,写明厂商,最好附带物性表)
3 ?$ e$ B6 y4 UMaterial: (Need the full specification, Manufacturer, Datasheet if you have)
6 p- q5 T- J6 i6 w+ G0 Z! y3.        注塑機台型號.大小.（若無則用軟件默認的注塑機）
) k% Z" y9 K% E# c6 t' \$ PInjection machine type, Tonnage (If no, will use the default machine)
1 [# A8 o& C* d: r5 W4.        注塑周期.（周期要求，通過改運水等方法使其滿足要求）

5.        注塑条件(如已试模请提供试模参数,如有特殊要求请注明,如:周期要求或固定模温等)
Injection parameter ( Please provide the parameter if you have, please remark if you have special request. For examples: cycle time or mould temperature and so on)
6.        分析目的(说明分析目的)

5 o5 ~* c: m7 c1.        简单分析:入水分析+优化浇口位置+流动（打点分析，不包括详细流道）
- c9 x. N% C6 T! Q0 v# x& _Simple analysis: Gate location analysis + Gate location Optimization + Flow ( Do point analysis, don’t include the detailed runner)
2.        详细分析: 流动+变形+冷却（详细的流道及运水模型，以及预计基本周期，同时根据结果优化分析）
( }' D/ S, c! l' nDetailed analysis: Flow + Warpage + Cooling system ( Detailed runner and cooling system model, and estimated cycle time, at the same time, optimize the analysis according to the results)
3.        个案分析: 变形改善、产品缺陷改善、流道平衡等
Case analysis: Deformation improvement、Part structure improvement、balance runner etc.
