职位：橡胶模具维修工程师（10K/Month以内，视能力而定）

职责：

-Responsible for mould transference,maintenance,and quality improvement

-Support daily production operations with regards to injection molds and all molding

-Ensure mold preventive maintenance is performed on schedule and to expectations

-Participate in product development and mould trial programs as required

-Set up and improve the mold change over standard procedure

-Evaluate and develop domestic tooling sources for high quality molds and maintenance

要求：

-BS in Mechanical Engineer,Plastics Engineering,Polymer Engineering or Engineering

-5 years experience in injection molding and manufacturing within a related process

-Extensive experience in mold design and manufacturing is preferred

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Ability to work in a team environment as a leader as well as an individual contributor
