- Conference fee includes meetings and meals during the conference on March 12 & 13, 2015; Meals include lunch & dinner on March 12 and lunch on March 13.
- Delegates are required to book hotel room and cover the lodging expenses on their own.
- Delegates are required to cover his /her own transportation expenses (i.e. roundtrip air tickets, train tickets, long distance bus, local taxi) .
- Registrants who failed to settle the payment for the conference tickets by March 1, 2015, are required to pay the full conference fee (RMB 700/person) by cash or credit card at Nanjing Shangri-La Hotel on March 11, 2015
