装Nx9.0或者10后，不能直接打开UG文件，但能导入stp文件

如题;本人用笔记本装Nx9.0后，能预览ug图，但不能直接打开UG文件，却能导入stp文件，后卸载9.0后，装nx10后出现同样的问题
文件目录及文件名全是英文或数字，无空格，打开文件时一直是一个园圈显示加载中，就是不能打开
win7系统

我试着拉伸一个立方体，草图后就不能拉伸了！

我似乎找到原因了，但还不会解决，我已经把冲突软件（AnyCasting、CADFIX都卸载了，而且它们.dat也删除了，但还不行，如彻底的解决冲突的注册文件。

修改了几天，“lmtools”运行显示的内容似乎正常了（最下面的园点是省略），可还是一样打不开ug文件：
