Specific Responsibilities:

8 }% R( }4 R3 I3 _* s( u) ~: H* \ \develop and implement territory and account plan, achieve individual quota ! T4 I- [- r% s( \, K
Need to involve in the transportation price negotiation and performance review with transportation service providers
- J( h9 q5 e2 h P5 k# J% N# i- LWork with transportation service provides to develop the optimized logistics solutions. , C# {7 X1 ^3 z1 F0 ^3 L& d9 w$ P
Develop, drive and manage right business strategy for continuous growth 6 ?! y, C6 S; A1 A/ G& S
Understand the requirement from other teams to develop the solutions for transportation requirements, inbound shipments and domestic outbound distribution.
2 i5 U$ q/ R, k! ~6 d9 x2 NLead mega deal or key account in sales pursued, negotiations etc.

Strong manufactory and industrial solution/products experience/knowledge. Creative in provide logistics solutions and good at computer analysis skills 8 }- t9 I: G) g3 J* j
Good command of MCAD, manufacturing, information technology.
' F+ x C) P5 ~6 E+ G# E8 OBachelor degree or above in Administration, Foreign Business, Logistics, Engineering or similar.
( E: [6 t+ `: u3 years' minimum working experience in large MNC sales management role U$ B4 P/ O+ c2 M+ q( Y
Good understanding of the current domestic transportation, including to truck, domestic air, railway and inland waterway shipments. 7 T( n- _; M% C6 E6 y- _1 Z& s
Reasonable knowledge of all company products, solutions and/or relevant solutions in the industry. |
