0. Uninstall ANY SIEMENS SPLM License Server if one is installed:

   - If the original SPLM License Server is installed, use "Programs and Features"

   - If SSQ SPLM License Server is installed, run as Administrator the "server_remove.bat"
. q& v; x& b3 l, U     from the SPLM License Server folder

& T$ h1 Z5 C9 B" d, ?1 b1. DO NOT install original SPLM License Server from NX-12.0.0 setup media!!!

2. Install or update the SolidSQUAD Universal License Server

6 w2 e/ K/ u4 _  z$ X% E& c   If SolidSQUAD Universal License Server has never been installed

* ?4 k# T7 _# |: V& p/ g- |2 ^7 q     - unzip the "SolidSQUAD_License_Servers" folder from
     "SSQ_UniversalLicenseServer_Core_<release-date>.zip" to any DRIVE ROOT
2 G1 P, R- G* H! I7 O( [+ K     folder X:\ (like C:\, D:\, E:\ etc), so the path will be:

        X:\SolidSQUAD_License_Servers

     - unzip the "Vendors" folder from
      "SSQ_UniversalLicenseServer_Module_SiemensPLM_<release-date>.zip"
      to the "SolidSQUAD_License_Servers" folder

     - As administrator run "install_or_update.bat" from "SolidSQUAD_License_Servers"
       folder and wait until it completes

      "SSQ_UniversalLicenseServer_Module_SiemensPLM_<release-date>.zip"
      to the "SolidSQUAD_License_Servers" folder

     - As administrator run "install_or_update.bat" from "SolidSQUAD_License_Servers"

5. Install NX-12.0.0 Win64. At setup when asked for license server port and name input 27800@localhost

6. Replace original <NX 12.0 program folder> (by default C:\Program Files\Siemens\NX 12.0) with cracked one
