楼主，我的UG6.0在win7上面安装时检测也是看到如图4的提示：
lmgrd is not running: Cannot connect to license server system.
. m; Z+ f4 h, _& F, L7 R2 Flicense server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
; D. ^: M8 u0 o' w' i* w6 qport or hostname in the license file has been changed.
后来点击start server，下面的提示框也显示为server start successful，但仍然打不开NX软件，

再次检测，出现的是如下提示：
lmgrd is not running: License server machine is down or not responding.
See the system adminstrator about starting the license server system, or

有个问题就是我在start/stop/reread中使用reread license file始终提示都是
Reread Server Failed。

出错提示：
“NX许可证错误：nx要求正确配置环境变量 ugs_license_server.
+ Z6 u* L1 N8 `6 p; }   可将其设置为NX许可证服务器的值 port@hostname,
   或者将其设置为直接指向某个许可证文件。

.打开C:\Program Files\UGS文件夹，用记事本打开NX75licensing.lic文件
查无此文件？能不能有个详细文件地址
