UG安装出现问题的进

在安装时，总是出现“The cabinet file 'Data1.cab'required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used.This could indicate a networ error,an error reading from the CD-ROM,or a problem with this package.”的提示框这是为什么？谢谢错误.png

仔细一看帖子发表于三年前了，不知道是不是版本问题，我在win7里装的UG 6.0的，总是提示环境变量配置不对，但是按同样的操作步骤在xp的电脑和另一台win7的电脑里都正常安装了，就我自己电脑不行，搞不懂了。。。
在start/stop/reread选项卡里reread server总是失败，按楼主的方法在server status里点perform status enquiry，出现的是：
lmgrd is not running: Cannot connect to license server system.
The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
port or hostname in the license file has been changed.

为什么许可服务会没有运行呢？
之前看过另一个帖子说是可能第三方软件阻挡了，但是我用的360，在哪里看是否被阻挡了呢？
