用 CYCL DEF 19 并不保证100%安全， PLANE VECTOR才是最好的3+2定位。

When using angles, the error I´m talking about can happen, but not necessarily all the time. One situation could be fine, another, not; it is up to the frame. Example: when there is a frame which is only rotated 1 deg or 0.5 deg around one single axis [X or Y] the result, most likely, will be ok. However, for another frame that is rotated several times around several axes, all by 0.xxx degrees, the risk that the workplane angles contain a little deviation is obvious.

You are saying the machine specification, some m/c with a accuracy of 2.5 ,1 or 0.5 degrees per index on spinldle or table rotation, but from what i known 3+2 axis is not a full 5 axis m/c due to above mention. For example for DMU Series G19 A-20 B10.0 C0 is possible to actitvate it by tilting the spindle 20 degrees with a rotation on c axis( table) inorder to make a rotation on ZX plane by 10 degrees and this is being calculate by
m/c himself. It is exactly the same as Fanuc G68 X0Y0Z0 R-20.0 I1.0J0K0; G68X0Y0Z0R10.0I0J1.0K0; I means
the concept.

坐标的轴的旋转，各机床轴的旋转是不一样的，坐标轴的旋转是坐标变换的范围，坐标变换步骤是一样的，但顺序不一样，得到的结果就不一样。
CYCL DEF 19.0 WORKING PLANE
CYCL DEF 19.1A+30 B+15 C-225
L C+Q122 B+Q121 R0 F MAX
可能都是上面的三句，但机床系统坐标变换的顺序不一样，结果就不同。

如果用cycl19，ABC的顺序非常重要，要改写系统提供的算法。

HeidenHain的系统功能是非常强大的，找到合适当前加工工艺的才是最好的
不能要求某个功能解决现实加工中所有的问题
