1.描述:两个U型槽,一个开口大,一个开口小,正好对着焊接,有两对相接的触面,在接触外进行焊接,中间形成中空形状。我用一维单元进行边到面的连接,出现如下情况,计算不了。请教各位了。(我按照SugGESTION去修改,却找不到要修改的地方)

2.我的目的是想用上述模型进行焊接模拟,两对接触面用“Surface-to-Surface Guling”和两对接触面用“Mesh Mating Condition”进行建模。仿真结果相差很小。请问用这种方法模拟焊接,对吗?有没有其它方法模拟两块板料的焊接问题?(肯定有,请大家赐教赐教?)* ]9 U% A" I; j/ i
3.我在模型上施加力,在线上施加力和在面上施加力,结果还是有一些差别的,请教是否两种方法都可以用?(在线上施加力和在面上施加力,其力的大小是一样的,在面上其实等于施加了压强) |
